Excellent service , food is excellent, peaceful stay, staff is friendly, rooms are good , near to mall and lounge is good especially snacks and pool. Ms. Bristly service was good. Must try tiramisu and noodles , breakfast buffet is excellent.

The hotel is awesome same with the staff. Especially to Kritika whos been deligently cleaning mah room and another guy from housekeeping. Very friendly receptionist Poja , Bristy and Aaryaman, oh and also the chef who made sure that my food is okay forgot his name , "steak medium wel"l he will know..-.. 😎keep up the good work! Keep safe! Tilll mext time ! 🤩

It was good stay at grand Mercure Bangalore and at reception Bristy was very nice and welcoming also the housekeeping team , over all the stay was very good……………………………………………………………..we all come again this hotel …………………………………………………………/:::::::::::::::::

Nice place to stay. Adjacent to the mall and the mail railway station. Awesome experience!! Breakfast is quite good but there is a scope of improvement. Room cleaning and amenities in the room are very good. I liked the don't disturb feature 😜

Great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very polite. The food is great too. Highly recommended. Aaryaman from the front desk helped me with my checkin and check out process................It was a lovely experience and it was my second stay at this hotel
